I’m Usha Anandi and I’ve been using my voice to heal since I was a little girl.
When my home felt chaotic and filled with the angry voices of my parents who fought often, I would step outside on the soft grass and let my voice soothe me.
As I grew older, singing got harder.
I started to silence myself for fear of what others may think.
It wasn’t until my womb not-so-gently-forced me down the path of healing after years on the oral contraceptive pill, that I noticed my voice was asking to be heard again too.
After immersing myself in the study of holistic nutrition, herbalism, full-spectrum birthwork, Yoga, Ayurveda, and Pre + Perinatal Somatic Psychology,
I slowly started to come back to myself.
